December in London

As I have mentioned in my Life Update blog post I visited London a week ago and I thought I would share some of my photographs which I took. Some are taken on my Olympus D-720 camera and some are on my Iphone 5 so a mix of quality.

I went down on the Saturday 7th December and went to stay for a night with my friend who has been living in London due to getting a job in London  since graduating from University. I was excited to have a catch up with her as I hadn't seen her in  awhile. She lives in Wapping which I really found such a lovely place to live.

When I got to her house we went for a walk around St Katherines Dock and headed towards the Tower Bridge.

It was so pretty looking at the bridge, I took loads of photographs, I am such a tourist!

On the Sunday I met up with my boyfriend and decided to go for a walk around London and headed up to Harrods. I love Harrods Christmas decorations.

I would love to be a child again going around Harrods. They have some pretty impressive toys. I am so jealous of children today.

As I absolutely love dogs King Charles Cavaliers especially. My boyfriend and myself headed upstairs in Harrods to the Pet Kingdom. Look at these beds, which ever lucky pet has one of these is surely spoilt.

I was disappointed that in the Pet Kingdom Spa area there was no dogs waiting for spa treatments. I would love to get my dogs these fancy dog beds.

Outside of Harrods

In Harrods window displays they had featured a massive train called Harrods Express. I unfortuntley wasn't happy with the quality of the pictures that I took of each window so these two pictures below are the only one that is not poor quality. It was just so busy and everyone wanted to take photographs of the windows so was very chaotic.

London is beautiful

A nice winter sunset.

This is one of my favourite Christmas decorations, the snowglobe was huge!

Convent Garden Christmas decorations.

It was lovely to see all the Christmas decorations in London. I had such an amazing time!

Have you been to London in December? What did you think of all the pretty decorations?
